Deven Parekh is managing director and partner at Insight Venture Partners, a leading private equity firm with more than $3 billion under management. Insight invests globally in software, technology-enabled services and Internet companies. Deven Parekh’s primary focuses are e-commerce, consumer Internet data, and application software businesses.

Mr Parekh serves on the boards of eVestment, Drillinginfo, 360Buy, Despagar, Fanatics, Hayneedle, iParadigms, SRLabs, Campaign Monitor, Syncsort, and Publicolor, a not-for-profit organization that helps bring private-sector financing to inner-city public school infrastructure. Mr Parekh also represents Insight’s interests in Alibaba and Twitter.

He is a member of the technical advisory board of the US Federal Communications Commission, and he has served on the advisory board of the US Export-Import Bank.
