Refer-a-friend Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Only candidates currently studying or have completed studies with Ducere Global Business School in Australia are eligible to participate in this Promotion (“Eligible Participants”).
  2. Eligible Participants excludes permanent employees and contractor, or temporary workers currently engaged by or employed by Ducere Global Business School.
  3. Participation in the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  4. This promotion commences on 1st January 2023 and expires on 31st December 2023 (“Term”). Any referrals made after expiry of the Term will not be eligible to participate in the promotion.
  5. A Valid Referral is a referral of a candidate made by an Eligible Participant during the Term of the promotion that results in a Completed Course Enrolment in one of the following programs and intakes:
    • Torrens University Australia – MBA (Innovation & Leadership)
    • Torrens University Australia – Bachelor of Applied Business (Management)
    • Torrens University Australia – Bachelor of Applied Business (Marketing)
    • Torrens University Australia – Bachelor of Applied Entrepreneurship
    • University of New England – MBA in Data & Cyber Management
    • University of New England – Graduate Certificate (Data & Cyber Management)
  6. A Referral is deemed a valid “Complete Course Enrolment” when the candidate has passed the Census Date for their initial unit enrolment, for either Full time or standard Part time enrolment (minimum 2 subjects) in one of the above listed courses.
  7. If you make a Valid Referral, you will be entitled to receive an EFTPOS card to the total value of AUD $2000.
  8. The Referral Gift is a net payment. Ducere Global Business School is responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the Referral Gift.
  9. If Ducere Global Business School is, for any reason, unable to procure the Referral Gift, you will receive a substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
  10. You will not be eligible to receive the Referral Gift under this promotion if the referred person is already registered with on our database or has already made direct contact with Ducere Global Business School as at the date of the referral.
  11. The referred person must have consented to having their personal information provided to Ducere Global Business School for this promotion prior to the date of the referral. You indemnify Ducere Global Business School for any claim arising out of your failure to procure such consent. Ducere Global Business School will comply with the Privacy Act 1988 in its handling and storage of such personal information.
