Russell Dubner has been with Edelman since 1992, joining as an entry-level account executive and today overseeing the U.S. region – the firm’s largest operation.
Russell works with a wide range of clients including Tough Mudder, Boston Consulting Group and Schwab.
His contributions to the firm’s IP and offerings include tenets for enduring engagement known as the Participation Platform, a thought leadership methodology and our Master Narrative approach to corporate storytelling.
Previously, Russell was president of the New York office. Under his leadership, the office doubled in size to become one of New York’s largest agencies and received numerous awards for both client work and employee satisfaction.
Russell sits on the boards of Center for an Urban Future and Coro NY Leadership Center. He’s a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, GenNext Foundation and a founding member of PTTOW. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College.
