Edward C. Wallace serves as Co-Chairman of Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Greenberg Traurig is an international law firm and is ranked as the 3rd largest in the US. Mr. Wallace has wide-ranging experience in business and government. Prior to entering the private sector as a Vice President at Boston Properties, he served as City Council Member-at-Large (Manhattan) and then Chief of Staff to the New York City Council President.
Mr. Wallace began his career in the Chelsea neighborhood office of the Legal Aid Society. He has served on the Board of NYC 2012. He was also Chair of New Yorkers for Parks from 2012-2014, which The New York Times recently called “the city’s leading parks advocacy group.” He now sits on the Board of the organization. Wallace serves as counsel to the Citizens Budget Commission and has been listed in multiple additions of The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers and is rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell.
